Officially Dead is an EP by alternative rock band Veruca Salt, released in 2003 on Embryo. There were a lot of errors with the first pressing of this EP. Track 3 on the first pressing is actually "Blissful Queen", rather than the listed "Smoke & Mirrors". Additionally, the tattoo on the cover is Louise's friend Summer, who was not credited until the second pressing.
