[edit] Agnes Newton Keith
Hi Jesse/OlYeller, and thanks for your note. Stop apologising - anyone would think you're British! Your edit to ANK was very timely as it started me thinking, and I realised that according to the MOS I should have written in American English - so thanks for alerting me. It felt very odd writing '-ized' rather than '-ised', and 'adviser' rather than 'advisor', amongst others: try writing in British English and you'll see what I mean. I kept expecting the teacher's ruler to thwack down on my fingers. Later last evening I was really taken to task for my non-American punctuation, so it's been a steep learning curve! And thank-you for your kind words about my efforts - it's always nice to be appreciated, isn't it? Cheers Jasper33 23:25, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Old Yeller
- Thanks for your complements as to my Old Yeller plot summary. I read the book two years ago, and it's still one of my favorites! Geohevy 21:15, 9 February 2007 (UTC)
