Osaka (大阪市 Ōsaka-shi?) listen is the third-largest city in Japan and the prefectural seat of Osaka Prefecture, with a population of 2.7 million. It is located in Kansai Region of the main island of Honshū, at the mouth of the Yodo-gawa River on Osaka Bay.
The Hankyu Hanshin Toho Group (阪急阪神東宝グループ Hankyu-Hanshin-Toho-gurupu?) is a Japanese keiretsu (association of businesses) centered around Hankyu Railway, Hanshin Electric Railway, Hankyu Department Store and Toho. The keiretsu historically included Sanwa Bank, now part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and is still closely linked to MUFG.

Knock Yokoyama is a comedian and politician. He adopted his current stage name while directing the Manga Trio manzai troupe from 1959 to 1968. Following his comedy years, he went into the construction industry. He became governor of Osaka Prefecture in 1995. He enjoyed great popularity as governor, mostly due to his fame as a comedian.
In 2000, a campaign volunteer accused Yokoyama of sexual harassment. Yokoyama denied the charges, but the Osaka District Court found him liable for damages. Following the judgment, Yokoyama resigned.
