Paranoid Social Club (PSC) is a Rock/Psychedelic/indie band from Portland, Maine. They are fairly well known throughout New England, and are gaining some popularity in other regions after the recent release of their self-titled album.
The band formed from the ashes of Rustic Overtones, and had a large local following since. The founding members kept some of the same jazzy and instrumental elements of Rustic Overtones and combined them with a blend of punk and rock. They won fans over by touring extensively in their home state and abroad. PSC tours often throughout New England as well. In 2006, the song wasted was put on the soundtrack of the movie Beerfest. [1]
