Penguin Football Club was formed in 1890, it is situated on the central north coast of Tasmania, in the small coastal town of Penguin.
Penguin FC plays Australian Rules Football in the Northan Tasmanian Football League (NTFL). Penguins facilities include a Gym, home and away dressing rooms, and clubhouse with a licenced bar. The home ground (Penguin Recreation Ground) is only meters from the beach.
Penguin has three grades Seniors, reserves and under 19. Their home kit is blue shorts and socks with a Royal blue and light blue gurnsey, hence the nickname of the two blues.
