Penny Banner, (born Mary Ann Kostecki on August 11, 1934 in St Louis, Missouri) was a professional wrestler. She is best known for her time spent in the American Wrestling Association.

- In late 2005, Penny Banner was diagnosed with cancer. In February 2006, the cancer had shrunk considerably after a doctor's check-up.
- Banner works as a real-estate agent.
- Banner was once married to Johnny Weaver.
- Banner also dated Elvis Presley from 1956 to late 1958.
- Banner's Autobiography was completed 2005 (telling the true story of womens' wrestling)
- Banner was the 4th woman wrestler inducted into the PWHF (Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame) Amsterdam, NY- May 2005
- Banner continues to compete in the Sr.Olympic Games doing Swimming plus the ShotPut and Discus throws.
- Banner is the Commissioner of the PGWA (Pro Girl Wrestling Association).
