Pikku G

Pikku G (real name: Henri Vähäkainu, b. March 9, 1987) is a Finnish rap musician from Nurmijärvi. His stage name "Pikku G" means that he's a little (= "pikku") and from "Genetic", his old breakdance name. He has achieved many fans especially among the teens. Usually the listeners of Pikku G's music think that his music's message is very positive and encouraging.
Pikku G made his breakthrough on radio station YLEX's competition when he was only 15 years old. His first album was the first Finnish hip-hop album to sell platinum and it was Finland's most sold record in year 2003. Later he made another album called Suora Lähetys, but that didn't succeed as well, though it sold platinum. It sold only about one third of his first album's sales. Pikku G has published a book named "Pikku G" (2004).
Pikku G is from a pentegontalist family, but he isn't a pentegontalist. He has announced he will run for a place in the Finnish Parliament in the 2007 elections from the list of Finnish Centre party. In presidental election of 2006 he supported Finnish prime minister Matti Vanhanen. Pikku G was elected "Finland's most positive celebrity" in year 2004
