- It's not possible to acquire or produce a free alternative for this image because there are no other images to illustrate the article, as album/single covers are not permitted. It is needless to say that magazine and publicity shots are clearly not violated.
- The use of this image on Spice Girls does not replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media because it is a reflection of the girls' heydays, and clearly their famous poses in this image were originally slated to be modelled for Madame Tussard's Wax Museum. The idea was scrapped because Geri then left the group.
- This image has never been published in any editorial materials except for the promotion of the the newly lauched Channel 5 in UK in 1997.
- This image is encyclopedic because it is an illustration to highlight the article involved, and the resolution is definitely reasonable, though not high enough for download.
- This image is in accordance to WP:IUP and currently under waiting to be listed in Wikipedia Commons soon.
- This image is currently being used in Spice Girls.
- This image contributes significantly to the article Spice Girls, because the girls will never be at the same place and time again, unless an unforseen reunion is expected to happen, which may be never.
- This image is used only in the article namespace.
