- Nevertheless, this is an important and notable event. If we're going to compare stats, look at the YouTube views and comments: [2], [3], [4]. Note the Google News hits [5] ranging from stories in California to New York to... Iran. Clearly not a provincial event. » K i G O E | talk 18:20, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
- Keep This case is beyond a simple police brutality. It is a unique case of police brutality on campus. Based on the claim of the laywer, the victim was singled out because of being a Middle Eastern decent. This news already has got international coverage, and it's highly likely that it won't be a news blip. Zharf 19:22, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

- Strong Keep per Zharf and Tajik. This is definitely big news and this obviously true when 400 people start protesting the university because of the terrible brutality! Khorshid 20:39, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Page move
I've been bold and simply redirected this page to the Mostafa Tabatabainejad article. The articles are on the exact same incident, and all the information contained in this article is in the other one, plus the other one contains much more information and is far more neutral. Also, there's already a deletion debate going on about the other article, so we don't need a second debate. Exploding Boy 20:57, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
