Psychology Today
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Psychology Today is a bi-monthly magazine published in the United States. It is a magazine about psychology, relationships, health and related topics written for a mass audience of non-psychologists and tailored for a female readership.
From Psychology Today's Website: "Psychology Today is the only general interest magazine devoted exclusively to everybody's favorite subject: ourselves. Founded in 1967, PT covers human behavior from the bonds between people to the cultural forces that drive our most intimate decisions.
Psychology unfolds in the neuroscientist's lab and clinician's office, and PT translates these findings for popular consumption.
PT helps readers sharpen their interpersonal skills, make healthy lifestyle decisions and embrace fruitful introspection and goal-directed behavior (as opposed to self-indulgent navel-gazing)!"
