Queensland Symphony Orchestra

The Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) is an orchestra, established in 1933 in Queensland, Australia.
The orchestra's chief conductors included:
- Rudolf Pekarek
- Stanford Robinson
- Ezra Rachlin (1970-72)
- Patrick Thomas (1973-77)
- Werner Andreas Albert (1983-?)
In 2001 the orchestra was merged with the Queensland Philharmonic Orchestra, to become The Queensland Orchestra.
The orchestra's discography includes Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture.
