[edit] Biography
Danger:Radio is a six-piece local band from Seattle, Washington first comprising solely of Andrew and Nico. Their first EP was produced by Casey Bates (This Providence, Gatsbys American Dream). They have been together for more than four years. After changing their name from Chasing Tomorrow, a few shake ups in the line up of the band, and a slight change in sound, they are now going on frequent short tours around the US. The members live in different towns through out Snohomish County near Seattle. Andrew is from San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Nico is from Helsinki, Finland. The other members of the band are from the United States. Many of the members have side projects outside of the band. Nico has a small electronic pop band called Smile Future. Elan has his own rap project, going by his alias Birdie Birdie. Andrew is in an acoustic band alongside Eric Bowley called The Scene Aesthetic, which received quick popularity through Myspace and purevolume. Andrew is also in another acoustic band called Man With Robot Hands. Danger: Radio is expecting to be putting out their first highly anticipated full-length CD sometime in the spring of 2007.
