Rangeworthy

Rangeworthy is a semi-rural farming village in South Gloucestershire, UK.
The village lies between Iron Acton and Bagstone. It is a long village divided by a road but has a strong community spirit with a well used village hall, recreation ground, primary school & church. An active village committee organises village events including the children's Christmas party, Summer Fete & Beer Festival. There are other organisations such as the Court Players, Women's Institute, a Youth Club, Toddlers group and Parish magazine.
The village has a local pub, "The Rose & Crown",owned by Yivon and Martin with home cooked food and only a smoking policy. The village also has an Indian restaurant and a uni sex hairdressers.
Lots of good public footpaths give access to the countryside & there are bridle paths for horse riders & cyclists.
