Do you know any other brand of record press? There was a brand out of Denmark if I remember correctly called "xxx and Johanssen".
There was also am automatic press said to be made in Taiwan.
Also, I have blueprints in Japanese for an automatic press, but no brand name. The blueprints are in an A3 format book about 1" thick. Any ideas of a Japanese maker of record presses?
I am quite sure the Philips presses I saw that came out of PolyGram New Zealand were branded "Kamal". Any comment on this?
In Australia, RCA used six Australian-made "JOHNS" hyraulic presses with book-type moulds, together with ten Alpha Toolex manual presses before upgrading with four Alpha Delta auto preses. I don't think we need to include regular hydraulic presses such as "Johns" which were converted into record presses if the maker did not design them specifically for record pressing.
So, are there any other brands out there?
