Redcord is a norwegian firm which produce therapeutical equipment used by physical therapists. Redcord also have a line of courses that give physical therapists the means to use these modalities.

Redcord was established in 1991 by Tore, Grete an Petter Planke. It was then called Nordic Therapy. The consept and the frim is build around one patented piece of equipment called a Trainer. The Trainer was invented by the former gymnast and construction manager Kaare Mosberg. This Trainer was put into use by Petter Planke to combat a 20 year old low back pain. Hence the connection to physical therapy and doctors. The medical practioners and physical therapist involved with the firm was later on organized in a daugther company called S-E-T (Sling Exercise Therapy) Competance. This happened in 2002 and this part of the company is still focused on developing and testing the use of the Trainer in a therapeutic setting.
