I believe that this page shouldn't be deleted, because Reh Dogg has become both an artist and an internet phenomenon, so i believe there is nothing wrong with making an article about him. It isn't derogatory or breaking any rules.
I initially came across this article and it provided no useful information about the subject. If the subject was irrelevant I would have left it alone, but his name come up a few times due to some internet buzz he has created. However, there is no subjective information available on him (he does have his own web page and a MySpace page). So I tried to improve the article with limited resources with the goal being that those who are clueless to who he is (as I was) can be somewhat informed, although currently in a limited form.Mikeg1179
