Reinbert Evers

Reinbert Evers was appointed Professor of Guitar at the Hochschule für Musik Detmold, Dep. Münster in 1976, and in 1980 he received the Young Artists Award from the City of Dortmund. 1998 and 2000 he was docent for guitar at the 'Ferienkurse' / Internationales Musik-Institut Darmstadt. From 1995 until now he works as Dean of the Hochschule für Musik Detmold. He is founder and artistic director of the 'Europäisches Musikfest Münsterland', an international festival that will be hold since 1999 yearly.
