[edit] Question
Belzer's appearance on Trial by Jury, which aired April 15, 2005, made him the third actor ever to play the same character in six different prime-time TV series. Who were the other two? -Branddobbe 06:09, 25 December 2005 (UTC)
John Ratzenberger and George Wendt played Cliff Clavin and Norm Peterson in Cheers (1982-1993), St. Elsewhere (1985), The Tortellis (1987), Wings (1990), The Simpsons (19940, and Frasier (2002) Liamdaly620 14:15, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Talk Show Host?
I seem to remember him hosting a short-lived late-night talk show at one point, maybe around 1990? Seemed like it was either on ABC or syndicated. Am I wrong? Jafafa Hots 06:10, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
It was earlier than that. I recall it because he once had Hulk Hogan as a guest in the mid-80's. Hogan demonstrated a sleeper hold on him that knocked Belzer out, causing him to fall to the floor unconscious and bust his head open. He later sued Hogan, but IIRC, it was settled out of court. Belzer was part of a morning radio team with Scotty Brink, "Brink and Belzer" in the late 70s on WNBC 660 NYC during the period when Don Imus was rehabilitating himself in Cleveland. Anyone have specifics?
Hot Properties is a cancelled ABC sitcom featuring Nicole Sullivan and Sofía Vergara. Richard Belzer was never part of it.
Hot Properties had Belzer as host for at least one episode. RevAladdinSane is correct about that incident which did occur on Hot Properties. Here is proof: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iP7u5Djca3o. He was host until he was "hurt."
[edit] persistent vandalism
I'm wondering if vandalism persists can steps be taken to discover the identity of the vandals and block them from the Wiki Community?

[edit] transitions
Doesn't Belzer wear transitional lenses in his glasses instead of just traditional sunglasses as the article states?
[edit] Arrested Development
His appearance on the episode "S.O.B.s" was as himself, which suggests he was also appearing as himself on "Exit Stragey." There is only a handwritten sign on the front of the podium that says "Professor Munch." In a show that above all else is noted for breaking the 4th wall, it would seem that he is appearing as Richard Belzer, celebrity and not John Munch. Hence, it cannot be considered part of the "Munch on other shows" tally. Left it alone for now however. RoyBatty42 23:00, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
