Rising Son

Rising Son is a UK hip-hop artist, best known for appearing on the track "Thief's Theme" on the UK version of Nas's double album Street's Disciple. He won the opportunity to do this after winning a competition held by Sony Records, beating off over 5000 other entries.
Rising Son performed at Glastonbury Festival in 2005 and has worked with artists such as Cannibal Ox and The Outsidaz.
In 2005, Rising Son, alongside Doc Brown and Yungun, recorded a track addressed to Common lyrical comments he had made about mixed-race couples.
