Rob Hyland

Rob Hyland (born June 11, 1967) is an American actor. Born in Tucson, Arizona, Hyland graduated from Rincon High School in 1985 and went on to study film and television at the University of Arizona. He received a Fine Arts degree in Media Arts in December 1990.
Hyland has completed the role of "Immigration Officer Smith" in the upcoming film drama "Alma". Directed and written by award-winning filmmaker Yuri Makino, "Alma" begins festival screenings in April 2007.
In the comedy film "America 101", Hyland plays the "Border Patrolman" who does not believe the stories of the two brothers who are trying to turn themselves in and want to be deported out of the country.
"America 101" is the 2005 winner of the Audience Prize at both the Golden Film Festival in Colorado and the Dances With Films festival in Santa Monica, California. It was released on DVD in October 2006.
From August 2002 - April 2003, Hyland played the role of "Paulie", the hitman and bodyguard on the ABC television drama "General Hospital".
