No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character Rogue is a trademark and thus protected;
It is a low resolution copy of a movie picture;
The image was released to the media to promote the film in question X-Men 3: The Last Stand;
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the movie in any way;
The image is significant; actress Anna Paquin portraying Rogue, ultimately proving how important Rogue is in pop culture, especially to the "X-Men" Franchise. This is why a picture of Rogue / Paquin should be included in the "Rogue" article.
