Police Constable Rosie Fox (later Detective Sergeant) is a character from the long running ITV drama The Bill. PC Fox arrived at Sun Hill in August 1998 and left for the last time in April 2000. PC Fox originally transferred out of Sun Hill after an incident when PC Eddie Santini had tried to rape her. She returned later to give evidence in a trail as Detective Sergeant but met her untimely death right before she was due to give evidence against PC Santini in his trial. DC Liz Rawton found Rosie dead in the hotel room she was staying at.
