Talk:Rupert Neve
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There may have been a stub for this before but it looks been deleted. Someone may want to format it better, I'm not good at the formatting conventions. I simply wanted to ensure that this page is created, the world of professional recording gear is small, and relativeley unknown to the general public. Virtually all medium and large own at least one piece of gear affiliated with this Man's name, and mixing consoles associated with his name are extremely sought after (often selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars). Almost anyone who listens to commerically produced music has heard the sound of Neve's creations at least once in their life. I say all of this, to illustrate that notability af a person is not established by google hit counts, and knowledge by the public. While wikipedia does state this, watching articles submitted for deletion this is often seems to be forgotten. Nanashiwanderer 07:01, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
I don't know how to categorize articles it should be under music technology if their is such a category, or biographies similair. Nanashiwanderer 02:33, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
