After growing up in South Carolina and California during the first couple years of my life, my family settled in South Mississippi in 1982. In 2005 my apartment was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. My best friend (with whom I have lived for past three years) and I, along with our cat Stewie Q. Fantastico, moved to Cincinnati, Ohio (where the roomie's grandparents and extended family live). After over a year in exile in that alien land I have since moved back to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to continue my life.
I am a huge fan of British culture, to the extent that I went on holiday in London at the end of October 2004 with one of my good friends from Mobile, Alabama. I collect and play musical instruments, particularly the recorder, flute, clarinet, oboe, and bassoon. One of my new favourite hobbies has been learning to become a Wikipedian. Some of the articles I've contributed to include Vegas In Space and Tomes & Talismans, along with various inclusions and edits to several articles on musical instruments and gay culture.
