S.O.S. Dinobots

S.O.S. Dinobots is the seventh episode of The Transformers. S.O.S. Dinobots first aired on October 27, 1984 on syndication.
[edit] Synopsis
The Autobots discover fossilised dinosaurs in their cave. In an attempt to get on even ground with the Decepticons, they build the Dinobots Grimlock, Slag and Sludge to help them. However, the Dinobots are mentally unstable, so upon activation, they go haywire, nearly destroying Teletraan I, and so Optimus Prime orders them to be put offline.
When all Autobots are captured by Megatron, Wheeljack violates Prime's previous orders and reactivates the Dinobots. They save the others, thereby proving their worth, and become official members of the Autobot team.

When Starscream fires on the dam's turbines, the origin point of his null ray is noticeably to the left of where his arm is extended. In the DVD version of this episode, the rubble the Dinobots are supposed to vapourise doesn't disappear. It simply glows with an aura around it, and then the aura fades when the "vapourising" sound effect happens. In the shot where the Autobots are chained against the wall, Optimus Prime is completely blue.
