Safety,health and welfare at work. Safety Management of SH&W at Work is aided by documentation such as a Safety Statement. Written Risk Assessment is essential as a basis for this exercise.
[edit] Safety Statement
A Safety Statement specifies of the manner in which the Safety, Health and Welfare of persons employed by an employer shall be secured and managed at work. The Statement should show the Safety Management System. It consists of the Safety Policy and the Safety Plan. It will be based on the Identification of Hazards and a written Risk Assessment that must be in the possession of the employer.
