Said Jalal

Said Jalal is the district manager of the Noorgal district in Afghanistan, near the Pakistan border.[1] Jalal was an anti-Taliban militia leader, prior to the ouster of the Taliban. According to Guantanamo detainee Anwar Khan, Jalal was under the command of Hazrat Ali, one of the militia commanders who nominated Hamid Karzai for the Presidency of the interim Afghani administration.
