Sam Jacobson

Samuel Ryan Jacobson (born July 22, 1975 in Cottage Grove, Minnesota) is an American professional basketball player. He formerly played for the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, and Minnesota Timberwolves. He attended the University of Minnesota, for whom he helped lead the Golden Gophers to the 1997 NCAA Final Four as a junior and a National Invitation Tournament title as a senior. As a high school player at Park High School in Cottage Grove, he finished eighth on the all-time leading scorers list in Minnesota high school history.
In 2006-2007, Jacobson played in Andrea Costa Imola Basket, Italy (LegaDue). He was waived on December 2006.[citation needed]
Jacobson is married and has three children. His hobbies include poker, computer gaming, and pick-up basketball games.[citation needed]
