Samuel K is an American film director, actor, and amateur screenwriter. Among his other interests are writing, cartooning, and video games. He is currently struggling in a job in a hotel to get enough money to go to Full Sail Real World Education film school.
His goal in life is to be completely self sufficient and own a house in Colorado where he can shoot guns and blow things up all day in between shooting movies, and also to inspire other young film makers.

[edit] Early life
K was born in 1986 in Vincennes, Indiana. He was 21 pounds when he was born, much to the dismay of his mother Dwana and his father Michael. He also had four arms like Goro but they had them removed.
K showed an almost supernatural intelligence starting at age 2, when he read and memorized the Encyclopedia Britannica in under six hours. He then proceeded to read every dictionary in every language and memorized all of those, too.
Not only was his mind strong, but at the age of 7, K went on tour with a travelling freak show, living cars and trucks and hurch pews stuffed with burly, shirtless men above his head and twirling them around. The secret to his strength, he says, is spinach. He got the idea from Popeye.
In high school, Samuel K got even smarter because he used a device he invented when he was 9 to sap the teachers of their intellect, leaving them dry husks who could only say "Duh."

To date, Samuel K and friends have made a multitude of odd short films, ranging from surrealist comedy, much in the same vein as Strangers With Candy and Stella, to a periodic video blog that occasionally plays out more like a short film than the typical vlog.
Future projects include a mockumentary about a couple that lives in their car, an untitled horror film that takes place at the hotel at which he is employed, and a campfire-pass-the-story-esque series of short films about the lives of himself and his roommate.

Samuel K is terrible at acting, but insists on being in each and every one of his pictures because he doesn't have enough friends who will act for him, and also he's really full of himself. No kidding. He's always walking around spouting off about how he's his own favourite person. It's sickening.
[edit] Aesthetics
Samuel K's films are filmed with a handheld mini DV camera, giving the entire production a very independant and unpolished feel.
Many of the stories are made up on the spot and performed with no script, and many of the lines are completely ad-libbed. Even in editting, K will come up with some presumably unusable footage and throw it in, either after the credits as some joke, or right in the middle where it doesn't belong.
Special effects are nigh but non-existant. If they appear, they are usually just bad camera stops, cheesey Windows Movie Maker effects, or horrible and unconvincing stop-motion animation.
Pistols are a common theme in Samuel K's films.
One thing that stands out is the very infrequent use of profanity. K has been quoted as screaming "I RUN A CLEAN SHOW AROUND HERE! A REAL CLASS ACT!" if he's had too much whiskey and somebody gets angry at him for swearing.

Many people incorrectly associate Samuel K with the real-life superhero The Punchernaut. Samuel K has gone on record as saying to those who make these assumptions, "No, no dude. I'm not the Punchernaut. Quit asking me about it. Okay? Jesus."
