Santana do Livramento

Santana do Livramento is a city in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Santana do Livramento is located exactly on the border with Uruguay, with the Uruguayan city of Rivera, right across the border line, just a street away, it forms an international city of 200,000 inhabitants.
