Sarasota Reds

The Sarasota Reds are a minor league baseball team based in Sarasota, Florida. Home games are played at Ed Smith Stadium. Opened in 1989, the park seats 7,500 fans. It also serves as the Cincinnati Reds spring training facility.
The team, which plays in the Florida State League, is the High-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds major-league club.

Before 2005, the team was known as the Sarasota Red Sox and affiliated with the Boston Red Sox.
