It is a movie screenshot of a prop item used in the movie Saw 3 that is being sold on eBay. The seller is Raybin Management, LLC, the company that is in charge of props, costumes, and other things in the Saw movies, in an agreement with Twisted Pictures, the producer of Saw movies. Displaying this image does not interfere with the marketability of either the prop item by the seller, or of the movie itself.
