Talk:Scar Tissue
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There is some confusion about peak chart position:
The Billboard Hot 100 is the official singles chart... And Scar Tissue peaked at #9 on this one.
Then there is the Modern Rock chart based mostly on radio play... And Scar Tissue hit #1 there.

Should we include something about the similarities between this video and the videos "Holiday"/"Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" (both by Green Day)? Maybe it's not a good idea to even include the names of such big sell-outs (do they need more publicity?), but my friend states that an interview exists where the band (Green Day, not RHCP) says that they were going for a "Red Hot Chili Peppers vibe" with those videos.
the sentences "The video ends after an emotional 30 second John guitar solo at the moment of sunset, with John tossing the broken guitar from the moving car in defiance? acceptance? uber-coolness? All of these and more." should be changed up so that it doesnt sound like a fan wrote it
I can live with your editing... but who other than a hardcore fan would care in the slightest about doing a Wikipedia entry for a rock song/video? RedManPlus 22:27, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] meaning?
Do you know what this song means? It would be worth adding it to the article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 218.214.168.112 (talk • contribs) 09:18, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
- Why? Does the average RHCP song actually have a meaning? Don't answer...that was rhetorical

[edit] Mention of Dani
Okay so whoever put up the line has it wrong. They wrote "Pushed me up against the wall, young tucked girl in a push-up bra". I've italicized the wrong words. It's "Push me up against the wall, Young Kentucky girl in a push-up bra", as agreed by many websites. Don't believe me? Google the lyrics for the song and listen to it again very carefully.Desouki 01:18, 26 December 2006 (UTC) ^I had forgotten to sign my comment earlier
