Senbei Norimaki

Senbei Norimaki is a fictional character in the Manga Dr. Slump by Akira Toriyama. He is a weird-science inventor living in the fictional Penguin Village that harbors an insane schoolboy-like crush on the local teacher Mrs. Midori Yamabuki when he's not busy coming up with bizarre discoveries and gadgets.
His greatest accomplishment is the creation of an immensely powerful robot in the guise of a little girl he baptizes Arale. In many episodes he tries to see Ms. Yamabuki's "strawberry panties" and fails miserably. In one episode he actually gets a date with Midori and goes into space. On the way back, Arale's friends play a prank on them for leaving them behind. They dress up like old people, and say that the time is 2030 (the current year in the Manga being 1981.) In many episodes he invents something and Arale calls him Doraemon (another Manga character) who is a cat that always finds the things he needs from behind his back. In one episode, he invented a rice cooker that made a picture come to life (and you know what he reads) so he tries to make the girl appear but he "wants to try one with clothes first." He puts on a Japanese beginner driver sign, to comedic break outs. Over all, he is a pervert and will use any means necessary, including turning himself into a snail using one of his inventions called the Ponkopo Gun.
