The image Shatner as Denny Crane.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Radio Kirk talk to me 17:39, 8 April 2006 (UTC)) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

It is a copy of a photograph released and intended by ABC Television for promotional distribution;
No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose;
The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute any home video in any way; and
The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or his work in any way.
