Shalom Ormsby

Shalom Ormsby (born May 7th, 1971) is a photographer, film-maker, and art director whose studio is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Shalom's studio creates both commercial photography and fine art work. The mission of Shalom Ormsby Images is to create world-class images that touch and elevate the spirit.
In 2002, Shalom cofounded Plush Studios, a stock photography company that represents the work of many talented photographers throughout the United States, including photographers Caroline Schiff, Bill Reitzel, Tanya Constantine, Kris Timken, Billy Winters, and others. Shalom's stock photography is internationally distributed by the world's major stock agencies, including Getty Images, Corbis, Jupitermedia, and others.
In 2004, Shalom collaborated with many top stock photographers in the industry to cofound Blend Images, a photographer-centered stock agency founded "for photographers, by photographers". He currently serves on Blend's board of directors.
