Shattuck-St Mary's School is an Episcopal Church-affiliated boarding school in Faribault, Minnesota known for its hockey program.

The mission school and seminary which evolved into the current Shattuck-St. Mary's school was established in 1858 by James Lloyd Breck.
The school grounds are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Shattuck Historic District, and the Phelps Library, Shumway Hall and Morgan Refectory, and St. Mary's Hall are also listed on the National Register.
