[edit] Choosing Between Fred and the World
- In this episode, Angel explains that he and Spike chose not to sacrifice the world (or at least all the people between LA and the Deeper Well) for Fred. However, in the previous episode we saw Angel decide to do just that. Am I missing something from the episodes, or did Angel just change his mind offscreen? It had looked to me like he and Spike ran out of time. Any ideas?
- I think Angel did change his mind offscreen. In the previous episode, after the keeper of the well said it was up to Angel and Spike, Angel said "Hell with the world." --Jwwalker 05:07, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Drogyn heads to get the spell prepared, in case Angel chooses to use it. Angel makes his "Hell with the world" comment, and moves off out of frame, following Drogyn. It cuts away to Fred & Wes, then cuts back and we see Angel stood motionless in the opening to the next chamber, the suggestion being that he'd stopped dead, realising that he could't do it after all.--Nalvage 01:29, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
