Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a historically significant SI cover of an extremely notable sports event.
- It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
- The cover image is only being used for informational purposes illustrating SI's coverage of the event.
- Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it depicts SI's coverage of the important sporting event and the cover is historically notable in the iconic depiction of the subject matter's victory at his peak.
- It is not being used to merely illustrate Mike Tyson or Michael Spinks, rather it is SI's notable coverage and iconic cover of SI of the fight.
