[edit] "Sparky"
I'm speculating here, but could it be that the Sparky nickname is a reference to M*A*S*H, where Sparky is the unseen switchboard operator frequently contacted by Radar O'Reilly (with whom parallels have been drawn with Walter Harriman)? I haven't put anything in the article yet as I don't have a source though... --Chrisd87 10:18, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, something like that is definitely going to need a source. CovenantD 10:50, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- I think it's his nickname more then "Sly" is, either we should add a note about sparky, or we should change the "sly" to "sparky". O'neill's called him that more then once, although since o'neill is the only one calling siler that, it could be a pet name - Count23 09:08, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
