Courtney, the younger sister of the "new girl across the street" in the first film is all grown up now, but suffers from nightmares about the Big Wet Incident. She and the other members of her female rock group go to a condo for the weekend to play music and have fun with their boyfriends. Courtney's dreams are of her sister, who is in a mental institution, warning her of having sex, and the dreams begin to spill into real life, threatening Courtney and her friends as they begin experiencing an attrition problem.

- Juliette Cummins was in Friday the 13th: A New Beginning and Heidi Kozak was in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.
- Atanas Ilitch, the Driller Killer, is a member of Detroit's prestigious Ilitch family. After SPM 2, he went on to become Vice President of the Detroit Red Wings. Along with the Red Wings, his family owns the Detroit Tigers, Comerica Park, Joe Louis Arena, and Little Caesar's Pizza, among other interests. Atanas has his own osteosarcoma charity which he founded after defeating the disease, himself.

Valerie Bates (Cindy Eilbacher) : Killed by The Driller Killer (Off Screen) in a Dream Sequence. Death Unknown.
Matt Arbicost (Patrick Lowe) : Drilled through the chest with a portable drill while making out with Courtney Bates (Crystal Bernard) on a bed.
Sally Burns (Heidi Kozak): Drilled in the chest with a portable drill ( Off Screen). It only shows the drill going toward her head and then going through the wall in the next room where the others are.
Jeff (Scott Westmoreland): Drilled through the back while driving.
T.J. (Joel Hoffman): Gutted with a portable drill.
Sheila Barrington (Juliette Cummins): Drilled in the stomach.
Amy (Kimberly McArthur): Pushed off a building.
