The Southern Utah Thunderbirds Basketball team is the basketball team that represent Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. The school's team currently competes in the Mid-Continent Conference. The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament in 2001. The Thunderbirds are currently coached by Roger Reid.
