Special Things is a 1980 album released by the Pointer Sisters on the Planet Records label. Their third venture with producer Richard Perry, this time the sisters went for a more stylized R&B/pop production in what eventually launched into their most successful period. This album went gold on the strength of the top three gold-certified single, "He's So Shy", which became their second top five pop single.
