[edit] Unique Approach to the Diamond Business
Spence Diamonds is known for breaking new ground in the diamond jewelry business by using designer prototypes in open display cases for all of its over 3,000 different engagement ring designs.[3] This unique approach to business allows customers to freely try on any style of ring they choose in a non-intimidating environment. Each ring is then custom-made in the customer's size, holding the exact diamond they have selected from the Spence vault.
Additionally, Spence Diamonds is the only retailer in North America that's willing to buy back its diamonds for exactly what the customer paid for it.
