Spencer Locke (born September 20, 1991 in Winter Park, Florida) is an American actress who has had various appearances as the role of "Candida" on Disney Channel's Phil of the Future. Prior to that, she had a recurring role as "Bitsy" on season one of the Nickelodeon series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide.
Locke has also guest starred in TV shows Without a Trace as the role of "Brandee Case" in episode "Wannabe" as well as That's So Raven as the role of "Kayla" in episode "Mad Hot Cotillion". She has also recently starred as the voice of Jenny in the animated film Monster House. She will appear in the 2007 film Resident Evil: Extinction as a girl found in the ruins of a K-Mart, hoping to find a safe haven in Alaska. She's also a good friend of Miley Cyrus.
