it is a low resolution copy of a DVD cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the DVD in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the DVD cover on other sources of media (USB flash drives, DVDs etc.);
the image on the cover is significant because it was made by an animation director, Stephen Hillenburg.
