Hi transaspie,
The script should order the names correctly. But what typically happens is users forget to enter the name's surname first. The script runs and then I spot the incorrect names so I correct them manually but forget to reorder the list. The script doesn't really understand the difference between a person's name and any other article title and it's probably best it doesn't (as it might cause problems). But the script should correct any ordering problems when it is re-run. To hopefully improve the situation, I have added a note to the good articles passing process on placing surnames first (see here).
