What's the link between Hagrid from Harry Potter and Groundskeeper Willie? They're both groundskeepers? Is this truly relevant or am I missing something? Bamos 00:50, 25 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Well, there's the groundskeeper connection, plus the occasional "confidant of the hero" feature. Kind of weak link. I have a question of my own, though: is Uter really 'dead'? Has he not been in any recent episodes? Hrm. Krupo 02:02, 8 May 2004 (UTC)
Followup: Uter is not dead. [1] Krupo 02:04, 8 May 2004 (UTC)
We need to get pictures of the teachers and staff.- B-101 22:53, 22 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Tread carefully - ensure Fox isn't going to go nuts on Wiki over said pix. Krupo 23:41, Oct 22, 2004 (UTC)

- It should be okay. We have pictures of other Simpsons characters and Fox hasn't come down on us.- B-101 23:24, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Okay - if it's like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:C-SimpFamily.png, where it's a publicity photo used under "fair use," it's not a problem... Krupo 04:02, Oct 27, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Edna Krabappel
The article gave two different pronunciations for this lady's name. I've deleted the first one. The second one claimed to be in SAMPA but clearly wasn't. In any case I've now converted it to IPA (Wikipedia recommended standard).

I don't understand why Üter needs to be Swiss in the German version of the show; if the show is explicitly set in America there's no reason to change the nationality. Of course, I understand that Germans could take offence at the stereotype but I've never heard of that drastic censorship happening in my country (snooty upper-class twats abound). --195.92.67.70 00:34, 7 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Well, it's mostly for the point of him being a foreigner that Germans CAN'T relate to. --Jnelson09 17:32, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] W. Seymour Skinner
Added "W." to Seymour Skinners name in the section heading after just watching "Who Shot Mr. Burns Part 1" wherein it is actually revealed that his first initial is W. I don't think it was ever brought up again, and the commentary makes a point to say that they invented it as a clue for the episode, but it is there so I thought it should be.
- Oh, right. I thought it was, like, something that people put on names of Principals and stuff. Obviously, I'm stupid. --APclark 19:49, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Seymour Skinner
I move the section of Seymour Skinner, it was making the section and its now a separate article for Seymour Skinner. - 21:46 UTC
[edit] Connection between Ms. Hoover and Groundskeeper Willie
This article seems to be claiming that Miss Hoover is married to Groundskeeper Willie. Is this a joke or something? ☺ APclark Be nice not nasty 18:41, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Moaning Lisa
Who was the gym teacher who sent Lisa home because she was too sad to play dodgeball? Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! User:Sp3000 01:29, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
She was identified somewhere as "Miss Barr," and she was apparently an early version of Ms. Pommelhorst. --Jnelson09 17:31, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unbridled Enthusiasm
- "She is in particular weary of dealing with Lisa's unbridled enthusiasm (though initially she seemed proud of Lisa) and Ralph's mishaps and inanities."
But how does she feel about Billy Mumphrey? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 138.69.160.1 (talk) 21:40, 14 March 2007 (UTC).
