St. Patrick is a station on the Yonge-University Spadina line of the subway system in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 449 University Avenue at Dundas Street West. It opened in 1963. Nearby landmarks include the Art Gallery of Ontario, Ontario College of Art and Design, and Hospital for Sick Children. It is also within a very short walking distance to the original Chinatown.
The station is likely named for St. Patrick Street, which runs parallel to University Avenue two blocks to the west. It is one of only two stations in Toronto to have a tubular shape, reflecting the fact that it was bored. The bored tunnel continues until just before the next station to the south, and past the next station to the north.
