I believe this image comes from http://www.stcatz.ox.ac.uk/. As an image of a coat of arms it qualifies for Fair Use if it is used to represent the institution to which it belongs (St Catherine's College, Oxford) and to illustrate its historic coat of arms. - it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
